Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

Some products sold by BLKEXC are produced after an order is placed through our production and fulfilment partners.

For this reason, there may be a production and order preparation period before the order is shipped.

Production times may vary depending on the product, production partner, order volume and other operational factors.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times shown during the purchasing process are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product, shipping method, production partner and carrier.

Whenever available, an estimated delivery time will be shown to the customer before the order is completed.

Delivery times do not necessarily include the time required for production and order preparation, unless otherwise stated.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated according to the order destination, the products purchased and the applicable shipping conditions.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed to the customer during checkout and before the purchase is completed.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, the customer will receive the relevant tracking information after the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order.

If an error in the address is identified, the customer should contact BLKEXC as soon as possible. Once the order has entered production or has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to change the address.

6. DELAYS

Delays may occur due to external circumstances, including carrier-related issues, periods of high demand, weather conditions, customs procedures or other events beyond BLKEXC's reasonable control.

These circumstances do not affect any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe or there is an issue with the delivery, the customer should contact BLKEXC so that the situation can be reviewed.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping availability depends on the countries and regions available in the store at the time of purchase.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, taxes, duties or other charges depending on the destination and applicable law. Where applicable, available information regarding such charges will be presented during the purchasing process.
